Throwback Thursday - Youth Outreach & Community Center
Almost exactly a year ago our fourth installment of Marked Potential was posted to Hidden City Daily! The Philadelphia Police Department offices at this location are slated to move to a different building so I figured I might explore an alternative use for the building now. This structure was a bit of a challenge in regards to space planning because of all the circular spaces. A small hotel or apartment building were more obvious choices for adaptive reuse, but instead I took a look at this space as a youth outreach office and community center.
